I played fallen order (for like the 3rd time) on my PS5 when they dropped the patch and I understand personal preference, but I play all of my controller based PC games with an Xbox controller. Haven’t had any issues. Go into the Settings, and change difficulty within the Gameplay section. At any point in the game you can change the difficulty, so long as you are not in combat. There are absolutely zero achievements tied to difficulty, so if you find yourself struggling against a certain enemy you can freely tune the difficulty down. .
